Up

My sister took this picture of the munchkin channeling Popeye.

I do think he looks more like grandpa grumps from the Pixar movie 'Up'.

And I do find it uncanny that his first word happens to be "up". Commonly used when he stands up after a fall and when he wants to get out of his high chair.
