Christmas Supper Club Edition

The festive season kicked off with a supper club! I offered to make a 4-course meal for the team, which on hindsight was really stupid as the work week had piled up considerably but on hind-hind-sight, it was a lovely gathering with people you hang out at work.

On the menu, we had roasted pumpkin, chickpeas, pomegranate quinoa salad; toasted gnocchi mushroom ragu; glazed chicken with pomegranate molasses and pear mixed berries crumble.

It was such a fun evening and we did a Secret Santa where you brought things you no longer want from home. The gifts were hilarious! And we definitely minimisd our carbon footprint.

The inagural Addible Supper Club

This year I checked off a major life goal by hosting the first ever ADDIBLE SUPPER CLUB. Thank you to a group of lovely folks who didn’t laugh at my face when I asked them to pay for dinner at my place and to KW who did much of the heavy lifting and made the most amazing mac & cheese.

Thank you also for the loveliest presents (my friends know me well!), the gin bar and surprise super moreish chocolate cake. What a memorable birthday weekend!
