Au revoir 2014!

I was working on one of those 2014 wrap-up posts and suddenly thought to just chunk it because... noone really cares right? Not that I can't wait to leave 2014 behind but there is just so much to look forward to in the year ahead.

We didn't last till the countdown this year as I know we will need all the sleep we can get before #2 arrives. After all, it would be less than a month before our family of 3 becomes 4! *Silent scream* 

My state of mind is one filled with much gratitude and joy. 2014 has been a great year for me in terms of personal growth. The people I've met and come to appreciate, new encounters that lead to great learning experiences and affirmation of relationships with those closest me all add up to an amazing year.

In all seriousness, I honestly hope I can maintain some semblance of strength and sanity when the going gets tough.

If you don't hear from me in the next 24 hours, I wish you all promises of a brighter tomorrow as the New Year dawns!
