Cereal prawns at Silk


I might miss lobster rolls back in Singapore but if I were to ever move out of this tiny red dot, the one dish I would surely miss is Cereal Prawn.

This ridiculously addictive batch from Silk at SICC made me forget my table manners as I nosedived into its fragrant, buttery deliciousness.

I absolutely can't get enough of them. And since I know how much butter, oil and fat goes into making them, I would say, ignorance - and a plateful of these crustaceans - is bliss.
