my final and longest report is due tomorrow.. and i have my first oral exam tomorrow as well. this is the first time i have been in the library for non-recreational reading purposes.. for my first study crunch here in copenhagen..
xin made this for dinner- "ma po tofu". allow me to launch into one of my, "oh how i've missed you..." whinesbut really -clears throat- tofu is hell-hard to find here and practically non-existent in the danish culinary notebook.. UNLESS you are referring to those fugly brick-hard in edible types found in the weight-watchers corner.. otherwise, feggitabouit..
back to dinner.. ooo the intense gooey-ness of ma po tofu was pulsatingly-good.. i so so impressed with the flavour i decided to snap a picture of the sauce box so that you guys could try it if you see it.. don't worry its not too spicy.. unless you add dried chili flakes (which we did) ..
another fresh platter of sushi for supper.. i could get used- not scratch that.. i HAVE gotten used to this and will continue to demand for MOREE.. GIMME GIMME SASHIMI!
you know what, it is getting REALLY warm here. yesterday was a record high of twenty four degrees.. like w-o-w. i forsee my brolly will finally find itself over-used very very soon.. hmm mum and jie should be on the plane to new york right now.. ok, back to work!
