Some Like it Haute

guess where i was last night..

i was kept indoors by the drizzly sunday.
but doing wasn't such a boring day at least..

woke up at ten past ten which is by far the latest ever.. thanks to the fact that i only made it to bed at five last night -don't ask- caught up with girl talk over tea with steffi and kiku.. mucked about a report.. before meeting elena for 'capote'

this was funny because we walked to the groceries store and decided to have strawberries as our 'healthy movie snack', then i bought some apples as well.. then we thought, 'hey, since we are having dinner, let's grab a couple of bageutte rolls' so we had a fruit-filled affair with jam-spreaded baguettes.. resonably healthy stuff.

then halfway throughout the movie, we had a toilet break and things went downhill from there. elena fished out an unopened packet of cream-sandiwched chocolate cookies (reminiscent of oh-why-can't-i-find-it-here oreos *drool*) and looked ready to make a pact with the deity-of-gluthood

"only one", she told herself. i nodded with utmost approval.

but alas, the cream-sandwiched chocolate cookies proved to be our undoing and we finished the entire damn packet... along with our strawberries, apples and baguettes. oopmh. surprisingly, i don't feel that guilty. but trust me, when spring and summer eventually arrives, thin cotton clothing will show the true extent of damages inflicted by 'the need to keep warm during winter'.

oh who am i kidding.. winter is so last season.. haha..
