Great team offsite at Cookyn

Last week, our team spent one afternoon at Cookyn Inc for our team offsite. The entire session was really fun - great facilitation and ambience, delicious dishes and best of all, no washing up!

With a X’mas Cookyn Challenge programme, we were split into 2 teams: Winter Wonderland and Jingle Bell Rock. Besides the cooking, we also had to come up with a marketing pitch to "sell our concept" (and my team won, heh heh).

As we had vegetarians on our team, Team Jingle Bell Rock made Creamy Truffle Mushroom Ravioli, and Pomegranate & Cranberry Bruschetta. 

Team Winter Wonderland made Roasted Chicken Leg Stuffed with Feta Cheese, Sundried Tomato Pesto & Spinach, as well as Mini Quiche Lorraine with Smoked Duck & Spinach.

The dishes all turned out really well and we even received the recipes after the offsite, much to the delight of many on the team.

Together, we made a really festive-looking madeline Christmas Tree with red velvet madelines and matcha madelines. Superbly awesome great time!
