My kind of happy food

Yes, we made it! Though by virtue, Friday is a feel-good-lala day, it doesn't hurt to up the happy quotient with something absolutely crave-worthy. 

I am still swooning over this fleshy unctuous salmon belly sushi from yesterday's lunch at Kai, Plaza Singapura. I could barely fit the entire thing into my mouth in one bite but managed to do so cos' that's how I roll (yes, unglamorously).
