Some Like it Haute

saturday night was CRAZY.. we at sanshin had a staff party that ran into the wee hours of the morning.. the party commenced only at half past eleven because it had been one helluva busy evening.. (at least the tip toll was good.. hoho).. initially i was struck by the extremely civilised setting..



the tables were adorned with beautiful peonies and roses of various stem lengths held in wine glasses. instead of normal party junk food, we had different types of gourmet bread, at least six types of cheese, exotic fruits such as cherries, strawberries, pineapples, tons of chocolates yah dee dah..



but knowing the ott folks at sanshin, things were bound to get a little more jiggy-with-it.. haha.. above is junior- my manager. nuff said.





i could not take better pictures of the setting at night but above are pictures of the morning after.. peonies peonies BEAUTIFUL peonies.. i noticed that it was almost totally bright by ten past five.. yes.. i stayed till that late and actually i only reached home at half past six in the morning.. haha

i had to work on sunday as well though luckily only from three so i could sleep till half past twelve.. if truth be told, alcohol-free, i probably felt freshest and it was hilarious seeing how shattered everyone was.. thea for instance didn't even make it home... haha.. great party nonetheless.
