Hanamaru Sushi, Sapporo Stellar Place

We accidentally first came across Hanamaru Sushi at Kitte Marunochi. And ever since I knew it was a chain from Sapporo, I made a mental note to have it as Sapporo. The kaiten sushi restaurant is clearly one of the most popular spots in the shopping mall, if not the whole of Sapporo. At 4:30pm, the queue was around 30-45 mins long - but oh so worth the wait!
