Gindaco Takoyaki, Ion

I have had a craving for Gindaco takoyakis since Tokyo back in October. Though there were many Gindaco outlets around the city, I was either too full when one was in sight or unable to find one when I was barking hungry. Yeah, talk about Murphy san's Law. 

I finally got my hands on a troop back in Singapore and boy, did I enjoy them starch bombs. Thick, heavy insides pared with crisp outer coating drizzled with lashes of kewpie mayo, sweet sauce and bonito diary flakes. 

Starch bombs, starch bombs… You are my starch bomb.
