Heys I'm looking for them too! Does Bakerzin do Opera cakes? I tried the one from Breadtalk several months ago, the cream was overwhelmingly buttery that it tasted weird!

Hey there, I had a bad opera from Canele if I recall the pattiserie correctly. Looked real pretty but tasted average.

I'm curious about the mac's one now as the cakes don't look good in general. Thanks for the tip.

Does Canele make Opera cakes? I highly doubt so...

thank you all for your suggestions and comments!

sometimes i think mccafe suffers from a lot of flake because most people associate them with "fast junk food".. i have had a couple of stuff from mccafe before (though that was eons ago) and it wasn't half-bad!

HELLO BACK TO YA, Ivan!

jy: both bakerzin and canele make opera cakes. =)

Wow that's great! But do they only make whole opera cakes, rather than selling in slices?
