The Tomahawk

It's been a while since we last made a meal and we had our folks over last weekend for a dinner. Instead of making our usual Wagyu MB4s, KW grilled up a Black Angus Tomahawk - what an inpressive sight wasn't it? I made a roasted chermoula salmon and scamp scampi pasta (recipe from Bon Appetit). Happy days x
