borrowing an embaressingly-easy recipe from "mrs happy house wife," i baked a batch of coffee-infused chocolate chewy cookies to mark the first day of the hols.i tried to create deep-dish cookie shapes by pressing them into baking tray moulds, hence explaining the odd shaped delights.
but they were really good! coffee chocolate? what's not to love?
i am watching fran drescher's the nanny- season two.. big poofy hair.. neon shoulder pad jackets.. the classic "misterrrrrr shefffieldddddd". i LOVED the nanny.
