while blog surfing and half- visiting different countries, i am constantly amazed by what each country has to offer gastromically. i always go, "when i visit belgium.. i must try this!" or "this is the bakery to visit in kyoto.. " thus in an attempt to preserve such memories, i created a new column so that should you guys have a chance to visit this places, you can have something other than temples and castles to look forward to!
i will be diligently adding to this collection of muck finds.. though completing these travels requires a lifetime's worth of effort.. oh well,
