Christmas Supper Club Edition

The festive season kicked off with a supper club! I offered to make a 4-course meal for the team, which on hindsight was really stupid as the work week had piled up considerably but on hind-hind-sight, it was a lovely gathering with people you hang out at work.

On the menu, we had roasted pumpkin, chickpeas, pomegranate quinoa salad; toasted gnocchi mushroom ragu; glazed chicken with pomegranate molasses and pear mixed berries crumble.

It was such a fun evening and we did a Secret Santa where you brought things you no longer want from home. The gifts were hilarious! And we definitely minimisd our carbon footprint.
