This was so glorious, folks happily took home leftovers. 


Green curry clams with curry leaves pesto. 
It's a self-created recipe using Dancing Chef green curry mix. Oh gosh guys, curry leaves pesto is such a revelation! I based my recipe off this, but skipped ginger and chilis to make it more kid-friendly. 

My mother-in-law made a gorgeous quinoa and pomegranate salad, 
based off this recipe by The Gourmet Traveller.

Thanks for always being so generous with your sharing of recipes. I'm always so envious of the meals you churn from your home kitchen. I would so love to try the curry clams but I note that your link for the pesto is to the quinoa salad. Could you please share where you adapted your recipe for the pesto? Thanks!
