Oven-Roasted Australian Lamb Rump, Mediterranean Couscous & Tzatziki

The appetite-piquing facade was by no means unsubstantiated by a less-than-tasteful texture. as what lay beneath was a gorgeous shade of pink and spot-on chewiness. Rather than a formidable single slab, the lamb rump arrived in share-friendly slices. It was almost as if the chef knew you were going to #1. LOVE it and #2. insist your dining partner try it to prove your point.

The lamb sat atop of the granular couscous -a first for me- and I liked the grainy contrast against the sinewy rump. Tzatiki was another unique addition to my 'Been-there-Tasted-that' list. The tongue-wringing feel channelled some ballsy flavour to the hearty lamb and I 'm definitely going to take note of this pleasing combination for home parties.
