One weekend. Two cookouts.


What were we thinking?!! Ha, it was a lot of fun though. We had the parents and in-laws over one evening, and KW's college friends plus their posse over on Sunday.

Here's what we prepared:

  • On Saturday: Roasted broccolini with whipped feta, New Orleans-style prawns, creamy chicken in mushroom and bacon sauce, tomato crab pasta. 
  • On Sunday: Porcini & shiitake mushrooms pasta with feta, Provencal chicken stew, grilled pork chops, chickpea arugula salad with parmesan and Serrano ham.

We ate super well in the company of good folks. Can't get any better than that.
