My mum made a really healthy but tasty roasted vegetables and quinoa. But if you think we had some New Year resolutions to keep up with, well I can tell you for sure, it ain't our style.
To literally add meat to our meal, Vietnamese-style oven roasted ribs served its purpose well.
I also made a Mac & Cheese because a dairy-driven dish is how we detox.
My younger sister made a scrumptious fig and olive oil cake, which she claims to be healthy. I am pretty sure we eliminated any signs of mindful eating with scoops of Haagen Daaz ice cream.
