Belinda's Traditional Pancake

Let's just say the idea of being back in school on a Saturday wasn't exactly awesome possum. But this peanut pancake from Belinda's Traditional Pancake (Blk 341 Ang Mo Kio Avenue 1 #01-27 Teck Ghee Court Food Centre) made it worth the while.

Still crispy after an hour, the generous coating of peanuts made it messy yet satisfying to tuck into. Awesome possum!
